Lake Bunga Beach
Never tire of this wonderful beach, it is always changing and always interesting, and you just never know what you may find washed up along the beach. Fascinating to think that this was a branch of a tree at some point, you have to wonder where it was growing, how far has it come on the tide to arrive here on our beach.

Pelican on Bullock Island
Jasmine
I said earlier that our gardens are starting to come to life. This beautiful Jasmine covers the railings of my back veranda and fills the house with a gorgeous perfume. When the sun shines on it, the bees can’t resist it and swarm over it buzzing happily. There is supposedly a bee shortage in Gippsland, so I feel that I am doing my part to encourage the bees to remain in the area.
Beautiful warm day
It is a beautiful warm day here in Lakes Entrance, and I get to enjoy it from inside the house, because I have the flu 😭 however, it is a lovely time of year with wattle trees everywhere in bloom, and gardens starting to come to life.

Bullock Island
This was taken off Bullock Island, a great place to go and watch the boats coming and going through the entrance and from "The Narrows"
On a nice day it can get very busy, and you can often see Dolphins and Seals from this vantage point, as well as the whole range of birds that frequent the area.
It's been a dull, cold day in Lakes Entrance today, so no good photos to share for today. I'm sure we are all looking forward to some nicer weather soon.
Here are a few shots I took at Lake Bunga a couple of weeks ago. Just love reflections on water! Makes such an interesting photo. You can click on any of the photos for a larger version.
